Pacific Resources Group Earns a Spot on the Inc. 5000 for the Second Year in a Row

We are proud and genuinely grateful to share that our company has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies for the second year in a row. This recognition belongs to our entire team. It reflects people rowing in the same direction, improving systems, serving clients, taking ownership, and refining the way we operate every day.

Still, the most meaningful part of this story is not that we grew. It is how we grew. And one lesson stands above the rest: growth creates a greater need for simplicity, not a smaller one.

A Second Consecutive Year on the Inc. 5000

  • 2025: No. 849 in the United States
  • 2026: No. 1,780 in the United States

Inc. ranks honorees by percentage revenue growth over three years, which for the 2026 list meant growth from 2022 to 2025. Making the list once was an incredible milestone. Making it again means even more, because it points to sustained growth rather than one unusually strong stretch. We are proud of both results.

Growth Makes Simplicity More Important

As a company grows, it naturally adds things. More employees. More clients. New departments, technology, reporting, and meetings.

We are unquestionably a more complex organization than we were three or four years ago. But scale can never become an excuse for confusion.

The larger we get, the more important it becomes to simplify:

  • Who owns what
  • Which numbers actually matter
  • How decisions get made and how cash is managed
  • How people are trained, measured, and given authority
  • How problems are escalated, and priorities are communicated

Early-stage companies often enjoy simplicity by accident. Fewer people and fewer moving parts. As you grow, simplicity has to become intentional.

The bigger we get, the more important simplicity becomes.

A company can become more capable and sophisticated while also becoming clearer and easier to operate internally.

Why Simplicity Is Built Into Our Company

Simplicity is not just something we talk about. It is built into how we organize the company and serve clients, starting with the names of our two core divisions.

SimpleSettle: Conquering Debt With Clarity

SimpleSettle helps business owners address problematic debt, creditor pressure, and restructuring challenges in a clear, practical, disciplined way. Debt problems are stressful enough already. Our job is to simplify the situation so owners can:

  1. Understand their obligations and pressure points
  2. Identify the options available to them
  3. Build a strategy and improve visibility
  4. Regain control

SimpleP&L: Driving Profit Through Financial Clarity

SimpleP&L applies the same philosophy to the financial operating side of the business. Many owners are buried in reports they don’t understand, unclear margins, inconsistent bookkeeping, and cash flow confusion. We don’t add more complexity. We make the numbers understandable and actionable, so an owner can answer the basic questions. What are we actually making? Where is the cash going? What can we afford? What should we do next?

Together, these divisions form the two sides of our slogan: Conquer Debt. Drive Profit. They solve different parts of the problem, but they share one philosophy. Take complicated financial problems and build simpler systems that help owners make better decisions.

SimpleSettle and SimpleP&L were not named by accident. Simplicity is one of the operating principles behind how we serve clients and how we run our own company.

The Same Principles We Teach Are the Principles We Use

We ask clients to understand their debt and their P&L. We ask them to build systems, measure performance, delegate clearly, use technology intelligently, and create accountability.

Internally, we do the exact same things. We apply these principles when we budget, forecast, evaluate cash flow, hire, train, adopt technology, delegate authority, develop leaders, and set priorities.

We don’t advise business owners from the sidelines. We run a growing company ourselves and face many of the same scaling decisions our clients do. The principles we teach are the same ones that helped us earn a place among the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.

Debt Problems Are Often System Problems

Debt is often the visible problem, but it is rarely the only one. A business may be struggling because of weak financial controls, poor margins, unclear KPIs, inefficient processes, weak pricing, or rapid expansion without structure.

Restructuring debt can create breathing room. Sustainable recovery, however, requires stronger systems. We have seen it in our clients’ businesses and in our own:

Growth without systems creates chaos. Growth with systems creates scale.

Financial discipline and operating discipline are deeply connected.

What This Recognition Means to Our Team

No single person or department produced this result. Sales, client service, financial management, negotiations, operations, marketing, leadership, and support all worked toward the same goals. Growth happens when talented people align around clear priorities, and everyone understands their role in moving the company forward.

Appearing twice among America’s fastest-growing private companies is meaningful, but growth is not the goal at any cost. We keep asking ourselves the hard questions:

  • Are our systems getting stronger and our decisions getting clearer?
  • Are we maintaining financial discipline and accountability?
  • Are we serving clients better and developing our people?
  • Are we adopting technology because it improves outcomes, rather than just adding tools?

Growth can never become an excuse to lose the principles that created it.

Build Clarity Before You Build Scale

At Pacific Resources Group, we see this ranking as confirmation that our principles are working, not as a finish line. Two years on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies reinforces something we have believed for a long time: strong businesses don’t need unnecessary complexity. They need clarity, discipline, accountability, and systems that make complicated decisions easier to manage.

That is the philosophy behind SimpleSettle. It is the philosophy behind SimpleP&L, and it is the philosophy behind four words we live by: Conquer Debt. Drive Profit.

If your business is growing, struggling, restructuring, or simply trying to gain better control of its finances and operations, our team can help you build the financial clarity and systems needed to make stronger decisions. There is real value in working with people who apply these principles inside a growing business of their own. Book a strategy session with our team to get started.
